Your Franklin County Auditor’s office is currently performing a planned data systems update.
The initial phase of system maintenance is complete. You may encounter slower response times as we continue to make improvements; we thank you for your patience.
The office is upgrading and modernizing the software that provides the backbone of the County’s real estate record keeping systems. This new software is highly efficient, secure, and ensure future interoperability with other government agencies. This upgrade requires a system-wide update that will be rolled out in phases.
While the update is in progress, users of the website might notice slower page response times, parts of the website may not have full functionality, and some searches and queries may return limited or no results.
Impacted webpages will display notices detailing the affected information and updates as to the progress of the maintenance effort in that section of the website.
